Refund Policy

Last updated: March 2026

1. Overview

Calibrate Ltd ('we', 'us', 'our') is a company registered in England and Wales (Company number: 17109642). Registered office: 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. We sell digital behavioral change programs that are accessed immediately after purchase. We offer a 14-day unconditional money-back guarantee on all programs. This Refund Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, which set out the full conditions governing your use of our services.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No conditions, no questions asked. This applies to all programs (Audit, Recode, Irreversible). The 14-day period begins on the date of purchase, not the date you start the program. This is a commercial guarantee that we offer voluntarily and it applies regardless of whether you have accessed or used any of the digital content.

3. Digital Content, Immediate Access & Your Right of Withdrawal

Our programs provide immediate access to digital content upon payment. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (Regulation 37), before completing your purchase you will be asked to: (a) give your express consent to the provision of digital content immediately upon purchase, before the expiry of the 14-day cancellation period; (b) explicitly acknowledge that by giving such consent and once the digital content has been provided, you will lose your statutory right of withdrawal under the Regulations; and (c) acknowledge that we will provide you with a confirmation of your consent and acknowledgment on a durable medium (by email) following your purchase. Important: Even after you have given your consent and lost your statutory right of withdrawal, our 14-day commercial money-back guarantee (Section 2 above) still applies in full. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase regardless of whether you have accessed the content.

4. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase without giving any reason. If you have not consented to immediate access to digital content (as described in Section 3), or if digital content has not yet been provided, you retain your full statutory right of withdrawal for 14 days. To cancel, you may send us a clear statement of your decision to cancel by email to support@calibrate-system.com or by post to our registered office. You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory. Model cancellation form: 'To: Calibrate Ltd, 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX (support@calibrate-system.com). I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the provision of the following digital service: [insert program name and order number]. Ordered on: [date]. Name of consumer: [your name]. Address of consumer: [your address]. Signature (only if sent by post): Date:' To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 14-day cancellation period has expired.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under our 14-day money-back guarantee or to exercise your right of cancellation, you may: (a) email us at support@calibrate-system.com, or (b) submit a request through the contact form on our website. Please include your full name, the email address used for purchase, your order number, and a brief reason for the request (optional). We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Once we have approved your refund request, we will process the refund without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the date on which we are informed of your decision to cancel, as required by Regulation 34 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. In most cases, we aim to process refunds within 5-10 business days. All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your payment provider, the refund may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.

7. Limitations

As a commercial policy, each customer is eligible for one refund under our 14-day money-back guarantee. If you purchase a program, receive a refund, and purchase again, the second purchase is not eligible for a refund under this guarantee. This limitation does not affect any statutory refund rights you may have under applicable law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Refund requests made after the 14-day period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed under this commercial guarantee.

8. Payment Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us directly at support@calibrate-system.com so that we can resolve the matter promptly. We aim to resolve all refund requests quickly and fairly through our 14-day money-back guarantee. You always retain the right to contact your bank or card provider to initiate a payment dispute (chargeback). However, contacting us first may result in a faster resolution, as chargeback processes can take several weeks. Nothing in this section limits your right to pursue any remedy available to you under applicable law.

9. UK Consumer Statutory Rights

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 are not affected by this policy. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If digital content does not meet these standards, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to the exceptions set out in Section 3 above. For further information about your rights as a UK consumer, you may contact Citizens Advice (www.citizensadvice.org.uk) or your local Trading Standards office.

10. EEA Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right of withdrawal for distance contracts under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) as implemented in your country of residence. This provides a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of conclusion of the contract, subject to the exception for digital content supplied with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment. The provisions set out in Section 3 regarding consent to immediate access apply equally under EU law. Your rights under mandatory national consumer protection legislation in your country of residence are not affected by this policy. For further information, contact your national consumer protection authority or the European Consumer Centre in your country.

11. US Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the United States, you may have additional rights under applicable state consumer protection laws. In California, under California Civil Code Section 1723, sellers must clearly and conspicuously display their refund policy. If a seller does not display a refund policy, California consumers may be entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Calibrate's 14-day money-back guarantee is clearly displayed on this page, on our pricing pages, and during the checkout process. Consumers in other US states may have additional or different rights under their state's consumer protection statutes. You may contact your state Attorney General's office for information about your rights. You may also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at www.ftc.gov/complaint. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable US federal or state law.

Your continued use of the Service after changes does not constitute a waiver of any statutory rights that may apply to you.
